Brendan Rodgers
With Sullivan doing his usual run down of undesirable managers contract to avoid compo, I've b end pobdering on possible things end of season replacements. In my opinion Brendan Rodgers would be number 1 target: experienced, a good age, plays on the floor, not afraid to blood a youngster...I'd take him over Mancini, Benitez & of course Bilic, though to be fair anyone who plays a footballer in their best position is preferable to bilic.

Any opinion on who wil be our manager going into the 2018 season?

Re: Brendan Rodgers
i think he'd be an excellent choice but there is not a fucking chance in hell that he would leave celtic for west ham. He'd be aiming much higher than that/us!

Re: Brendan Rodgers
He'd want an entirely new team to play ineffective tippy tappy boring yawnball in the centre of the park all game. We dont have the players for his type of game. The berks won't have the stomach for that (or any) kind of major spend.

What's Dave BASSETT up to these days?

You'll go a long way to find a bigger cunt within the professional game. A man who is utterly obsessed with one thing...... Himself.

Re: Brendan Rodgers
I think the bloke is an utter prick we and is so up his own arse we would risk another Pardew era meltdown. Fuck knows how Sullivan would cope with him in a battle of egos.
The bloke is better off staying in Celtic thinking he's better than he is with a team that has no competition.

Ok. I'm won over. But he's such an utter fist.

Next, let's discuss who goes to the bench when Messi signs. This is fun.

Re: Brendan Rodgers
If I remember correctly Rodgers was sacked by Liverpool because they thought they needed a higher achieving manager.

Rodgers would be a major step up in class for WH however annoying he might come over in the media...

Re: Brendan Rodgers
I know Celtic and Rangers are big fry in Scotland, but they're still basically playing in a shit league which is why you'll never get a top manager at either of them.

I noticed a couple of players recently turning out for clubs in League one who had been banging the goals in last season in the Scottish Prem.

Says it all that they consider a gig at somewhere like Walsall, as a better level than being at a club like Hibs in that dead league.

The pseudo intellectual bullshitter has his own portrait painting of himself in his house.

Off the top of my head the only other person that I can think off who has that is Joan Collins' character in DYNASTY.

Classy.
